We offer integrative energy sessions that support healing on every level- mind, body and spirit. Our services include energy medicine that blends the supportive power of crystal healing, the calming vibrations of sound therapy, the grounding essence of aromatherapy, and the centering presence of guided meditation. We also offer personalized mentoring to empower your personal growth.

Services
When you visit Brilliantly Centered, each Reiki healing session is accompanied by guided meditation, crystal healing, aromatherapy, and sound healing. Treatment plans can be personalized according to the client's needs or preferences. Mentoring is available before and after each session and tailored to the unique needs of each client. Each session will culminate with intuitive messages that may be received during your session (as desired), any blockages identified, and suggestions on how to work on any areas or specific blockages to help keep your energy free flowing. We serve children aged 4 through adults.
Crystal healing involves placing crystals on or near the body. The crystals emit specific vibrational frequencies that interact with the body's energy field, influencing its flow and promoting healing. Each crystal provides unique vibrational energy, helping to redirect and re-channel energy flow. This process can unblock areas of stagnation and restore balance within both the body and mind.
Crystal singing bowls play a significant role in energy healing treatments, enchanting listeners with their ethereal, resonant sound vibrations. When struck or rubbed with a mallet, these bowls produce rich, harmonic tones that engage with the body’s energy centers, known as chakras. Each bowl emits specific HZ frequencies that resonate deeply, promoting a sense of balance and alignment within the body’s energy system. As the soothing sounds fill the space, they create an atmosphere conducive to deep relaxation, allowing individuals to release tension and stress. This tranquil state can potentially facilitate healing on various levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual. The vibrations work to harmonize the body’s energy field, resonating in tune with its natural rhythms and restoring a sense of inner peace and well-being.
Tuning forks provide a form of vibrational energetic healing that operates on both the energetic and physical levels. Tuning forks are used near the bodies energetic centers and directly on the body. They are powerful tools for shifting our consciousness, and influencing our biochemistry and brain activity. Our tuning forks have a massage-like effect; the overtones are felt throughout the body, promoting both physical and physiological healing.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an alternative medicine modality that supports emotional healing, self-awareness, and deeper connections. It will release negative energy and blockages for greater clarity, balance, and personal transformation. Reiki will upgrade your life! Experience deep relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, pain relief, and enhanced overall well-being.
Reiki orginiated in Japan and is not bound by any form of religion. It operates within the laws of life force energy that is present everywhere. It uses healing energy that focuses on the "ki" or "chi" and the energy centers of the body- the chakras. A Reiki practitioner is attuned to send Reiki energy to the parts of the body where the person needs it the most. Integrative energy healing is a therapy based on the biofield, a type of energy that regulates everything from our cellular function to our nervous system.
You will feel deeply relaxed during the session. Some people fall asleep or enter a deep meditative state. Reiki sessions should leave you feeling very calm and relaxed.
During an energy healing treatment you may feel sensations of warmth from the practitioners hands, often associated with the flow of energy. Coolness is another way the energy may be perceived. You may feel pulsations or flowing sensations through the body. It may feel like waves of energy moving through different areas. A feeling of lightness, expansion or emotional release can be experienced. Recipiants may feel a sense of peace and relaxation both physically and mentally.

About Me
Hi, I'm Kara! 😊 I am your practitioner here at Brilliantly Centered.
As a teenager, I first discovered the incredible potential of life force energy while practicing Kuk Sol Won, a traditional Korean martial arts discipline. This pracitce taught me how to tap into the transformative energy- ki or Qi that flow within all of us. It was an empowering experience to lern how to access, focus aond project my own energy.
In college, I deepened my understanding of energy work by studying Tai Chi, where I learned to harmonize energy within the body through breath, movement and awareness. This experience became a foundational step in my evolution as an energy practitioner. Over time, I continued to explore this path through various yoga practices and years of dedicated meditation, each helping me cultivate a balanced connection between mind, body, and soul.
My path eventually led me to study Reiki, where I discovered a deeply restorative and transformative form of healing. I am certified in the Usui/Tibetan lineage of Reiki at levels I, II and Master. During my training I receieved angelic and cosmic attunements, which expanded the energetic depth of my practice. I work with the highest frequencies of love and integrity, holding space for healing with compassion and care.
Reiki and meditation have helped me in nurturing a lasting sense of peace and alignment throughout my mind, body, emotions and spirit. It is an honor to now share these practices with others, supporting them on their own journey toward greater balance, clairity, and wholeness.
My love for rocks began in childhood and inspired me to earn a degree in geoscience. While working at a mineral, crystal and fossil store after college, I gained valuable insight to the energetic and metaphysical qualities of crystals. For over 25 years, I've continued to expand this knowledge and now a certified cyrstal and chakra healer. Sharing this passion through my work is one of my greatest joys of my practice.
I am also a certified sound healing practitioner and continue to study vibrational energy as a way to enhance the healing experience.
With a background as a certified special education teacher and an intuitive empath, I bring a compassionate, grounded and personalized approach to my healing work.
It is my sincere honor to provide these practices to those in my community and beyond, helping all individuals who seek greater peace, balance, and a more naturally vibrant and Brilliantly Centered life! ❤️
